As most of you know, I work a full-time job outside of the home. And, it’s not just sitting around kind of work either. I work in a recycling center where you are constantly moving and you sweat. Even in the middle of winter in North Dakota where the heat in our building tops out at maybe sixty degrees, you sweat.
